Passenger-382-C was a reality colonised by a joint mission between the Guild and the Cloud Archipelago. A rich source of anchorite ore, Passenger was heavily mined by both factions with the use of native labour. The native beings, known by the factions as Passengeri, were a variety of woodland and riparian species of limited technological advancement; the factions made use of electromechanical body modifications to enslave and control them.
